Yes! At Orellana Construction, we understand that ideas and requirements change.  We will listen to your request and suggestions along the way and will do everything possible to incorporate. Our main goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your home once we leave the jobsite. So please, communicate any thoughts you may have with your project manager.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

Yes! We stand behind all of our work regardless of the scope. Depending on the type of work completed, the warranty will vary. Rest assured that you will be receiving industry leading warranty for any home project that Orellana Construction completes. At time of consultation, warranties will be communicated.
